This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from www.sonaura.in
The Website and the Sonaura (The Brand) are operated by NATRAJ RETAIL, a GST registered firm based in Maharashtra, India (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy.
- SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY & CHARGES
1.1 Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered on all orders with a cart value of ₹999/- or above, after discounts or promotions.
1.2 Shipping Charges
Orders below ₹999/- may attract a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
1.3 Pincode Serviceability
Delivery depends on courier partner serviceability. In the event a location is unserviceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
• Orders are processed and dispatched from Maharashtra.
• Estimated dispatch time is within 2 business days from order placement.
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Dispatch and delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes, holidays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
• Maharashtra deliveries: 1–5 business days
• Other states: 3–10 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Tracking details are shared once dispatched (may take up to 24 hours to activate)
- DELIVERY & RECIPIENT RESPONSIBILITY
• The recipient or an authorized person must be available to accept delivery.
• Acceptance by an alternate recipient is deemed acceptance by the customer.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage after delivery is acknowledged at the shipping address.
- PACKAGE INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
IMPORTANT:
Do not accept packages that appear damaged, tampered, or opened.
• If visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us within 2 hours via email.
• If accepted with visible damage, the damage must be noted on the courier delivery receipt.
Failure to do so may affect eligibility for claims.
- UNBOXING & CLAIM PROCEDURE
• A mandatory, continuous, unedited unboxing video is required for all damage or missing-item claims.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with:
• Order number
• Clear photos
• Unboxing video
No compensation, replacement, or refund will be processed without valid proof.
- POST-DELIVERY DAMAGE
Once delivery is completed and accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. We are not liable for post-delivery damage.
- SHIPPING CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Address or order modifications are not guaranteed once placed.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unserviceable locations, product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. Full refunds will be issued where applicable.
- GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Shrirampur, Maharashtra, India.
